When it goes live

Built for you

Answer the setup questions in your dashboard and that is what starts it. The first version appears there for you to read, you are told the moment it does, and nothing goes out under your name until you have approved it.

What it costs

$700 setup, then $140/mo

Answer the setup questions and that starts it. The first version lands in your dashboard for you to approve.

How it actually works

The sub shows up, the GC finds out his insurance lapsed two weeks ago, and now the crew is down a man and the schedule eats it. The spreadsheet does not remind anyone. This does: photograph each sub's COI and license once, the dates go on one list, and a warning lands six weeks out and again in the final two weeks, to you and whoever runs the gate. A renewed certificate is photographed once and the clock resets.

What we need from you

  • Each sub's COI and license, photographed once
  • Who the warnings should go to

What you get back

  • One dated list of every sub's paperwork across every job
  • A first warning six weeks out and a final one at two weeks
  • Warnings to you and whoever you name
  • Renewals photographed in; the dates are read off the certificate

It tracks the documents you load and warns the people you name. It never verifies coverage with the carrier, never claims a sub is insured, and never decides who works: it tells you a date is coming, and what you do about the sub is yours. Dates are read from the photographed document and shown for your check. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
