How it actually works
Every new Google review gets a reply written in your voice, ready to send. Praise gets a real thank you that mentions what they came in for. A complaint gets an even reply that owns the problem and offers a way to fix it, which is the one most owners put off for a week and then write angry. You approve or edit each reply before it posts.
What we need from you
- Manager access to your Business Profile, which you grant from your own Google account
- A sentence or two on how you like to sound
- Who a serious complaint should reach, and how fast
What you get back
- A drafted reply for every new review, waiting for your yes
- A different tone for praise and for complaints, not one template with a name swapped in
- A record of what was said and what you sent back
Nothing publishes until you approve it, and that is deliberate: a reply on your public profile is you speaking, not us. We do not remove or dispute reviews, because only Google can do that, and anyone offering to take a review down is selling you something that does not exist.
