Built for you

Answer the setup questions in your dashboard and that is what starts it. The first version appears there for you to read, you are told the moment it does, and nothing goes out under your name until you have approved it.

What it costs

$1,200 setup, then $250/mo

Answer the setup questions and that starts it. The first version lands in your dashboard for you to approve.

How it actually works

Your crew buys at three stops on the way to one job, and by Friday nobody can say which receipt belonged to which. This reads a photograph of any of them, supply house, big box or the gas station, and files it against the job it was for, priced out line by line. Pick the job once in the truck and it stays picked, so photographing a receipt is one tap at the counter and nothing to remember later.

What we need from you

  • The jobs you want costs tracked against, which you can add as you go
  • A phone, which your crew already carries

What you get back

  • Every line off the receipt: part number, quantity, unit price and total
  • The job it belongs to, chosen before the photo rather than reconstructed after
  • A running material cost per job, ready for the invoice you have to send anyway

It reads what is on the paper. It never guesses which job a receipt was for from the date or the items, so a receipt taken without a job picked waits in a short list for you to say. Typing one in by hand is always available and files exactly the same way, so a bad photo never blocks the day. The listed price covers up to 300 receipts a month, which is more than most crews photograph. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
