When it goes live

Built for you

Answer the setup questions in your dashboard and that is what starts it. The first version appears there for you to read, you are told the moment it does, and nothing goes out under your name until you have approved it.

What it costs

$400 setup, then $80/mo

Answer the setup questions and that starts it. The first version lands in your dashboard for you to approve.

How it actually works

The homeowner catches your painter in the hallway and changes the color, and your foreman has three other jobs going and never tells the office. Say what changed in a sentence and it comes back written: what was agreed, which room, who asked, and the price only if one was actually discussed. You read it, you approve it, and it is on the record before anyone drives away. This is the smaller cousin of a change order: it exists to make sure the office finds out, not to bind anybody.

What we need from you

  • What changed, in a sentence, the way you would say it out loud
  • Your company line, once at setup

What you get back

  • The change written plainly: what, where, and who asked for it
  • The price only when one was stated, otherwise a line saying it is to be confirmed
  • A dated record the office can see the same day
  • Your approval before it goes anywhere

It writes down what you tell it and nothing more. It never invents a price, never decides what a change is worth, and never sends anything to a customer on its own. It is a note to your own office, not a contract and not a change order signed by anyone, and it says so on its face. If you need a signed one-pager for extra work with a price on it, that is Change Order Capture. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
