What it costs

$600 setup, then $120/mo

Answer the setup questions and that starts it. The first version lands in your dashboard for you to approve.

How it actually works

A termite bond is a year-long promise with one date attached, and the year runs out quietly. Put each bond on the list once with its address and its anniversary, and a warning lands with weeks of runway and again in the final fortnight, to whoever you name. The re-inspection gets scheduled while it is still routine work rather than reconstructed after a customer calls about damage.

What we need from you

  • The bonds you carry, with the address and the anniversary date
  • Who the warnings should go to

What you get back

  • Every bond on one dated list, by address
  • A first warning with weeks of runway and a final one at two weeks
  • Warnings to the people you name
  • Renewed bonds photographed in, dates read off the document

It watches the dates you load and warns the people you name. It never schedules a visit for you, never contacts a customer, and never makes any statement about whether a bond is in force, whether an inspection was performed, or what a bond covers: those live in your agreement and your own records, not here. It tells you a date is coming, in time to act. Dates are read from the photographed document and shown for your check. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
